So every job receives the attention of skilled masters with a singular goal: getting the job done right the first time.

Challenge

Master Craft Plumbing Contractors is a plumbing and fire sprinkler contractor who has served the Florida market since 1977. Although Master Craft had a long history of local word-of-mouth clients, it was time to launch into the online space and begin building inbound marketing programs. Master Craft needed to establish an online presence and show up in search engines.

Solution

  • Grasshopper designed and wrote a new website and blog on the HubSpot platform: www.mastercraftfl.com.
  • Created new logo and branded corp ID and sales materials.
  • Developed online forms to convert website visitors into qualified leads.
  • Created social media accounts: Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Updated and optimized local user-review sites: Yelp, CitySearch, Insider Pages, Google Places, etc.

We are now creating a targeted direct mail campaign to generate commercial leads. Each recipient is directed to a landing page on the Master Craft website to receive a free ebook. To download the book, the visitor will be required to enter his/her name and email. Master Craft will then be able to build a database of qualified leads.

Results

  • Website traffic increased from basically nothing to nearly 972 visitors and 14 qualified leads in 3 months.
  • In the first 3 months, traffic from Organic Search rose from 6 to 30 to 79 visitors.
  • In 3 months, Master Craft established 517 social media connections (through Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Without an internal marketing department, Master Craft was in need of marketing help that was both fast and effective. A big agency wasn’t a good option for them, because they have trouble moving quickly and efficiently.
