Blackbaud, the world’s leading cloud software company for non-profits, needed a stand-alone presentation to introduce its new Target Analytics Affluence product to its clients and prospects. In order to meet training and product release schedules, the finished product was needed in less than three weeks from project start. As part of the presentation, we created a complete nomenclature, including 5 persona groups, 13 persona segments and 4 wealth attributes, along with graphics and content that both conformed to existing corporate brands standards and engaged the target market effectively. We met the needed deadline with 5 business days to spare, giving the client’s internal team ample time to train their staff and make any last minute, corporate-review edits.
