Challenge:

Learning Rx – Atlanta came to Grasshopper Marketing because they initially needed a few extra hands to write press releases and manage the public relations duties. They needed help getting the word about their services to the local area.

The Atlanta franchise also needed help closing leads. The pricing sheet they used in the sales process was hard to read and understand.

Learning Rx – Atlanta needed a marketing partner they could trust to manage press releases as well as offer strategic ideas to grow awareness, customers and revenue. They needed a company who could handle the marketing, while they ran the rest of the business.

Solution:

In June 2011, Learning Rx – Atlanta contracted with Grasshopper on a retainer basis to tackle marketing projects. We meet every month to determine which projects have the highest priority, and then we get to work. We track our time and are careful not to go over our allotted bucket of hours.

Grasshopper provides the following services to Learning Rx – Atlanta:

  • Public relations – article pitching, press release writing and media monitoring for coverage opportunities
  • Social media training and consulting
  • Local lead generation campaigns – strategic consulting, training and execution

Grasshopper can’t take full credit, but Learning Rx – Atlanta closed more business and had their biggest two month’s in their franchise 5 year history during October and November 2011. They are also appearing in local media outlets. We’ve created several lead generation campaigns and the collateral pieces required for execution. In 2012, we will help the Learning Rx – Atlanta reach out to local schools with partnership and training opportunities. With these initiatives in operation, Learning Rx – Atlanta is poised to shatter its previous revenue levels.
